Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure At Sunny Isles Beach Apartment

Sunny Isles Beach, FL - Police arrested a 37-year-old man after he allegedly entered a woman's Sunny Isles Beach apartment while nude and fled the scene.

Sunny Isles Beach police arrested Serghei Tcaciuc on Saturday on charges of burglary of an occupied dwelling and indecent exposure.

According to police reports, officers responded to a call on Saturday regarding a nude man in the parking lot of a condominium building on Collins Avenue.

Tcaciuc matched the suspect description, but officers released him after finding him clothed at the scene.

Later that day, a woman from the same building reported that an unknown man had entered her apartment while she was sleeping with her young son.

The woman reported waking to a loud noise and finding a nude male intruder inside the apartment.

She stated fear for her safety and her son's, and the man subsequently fled.

Police located Tcaciuc in another room within the condominium complex. The victim later identified Tcaciuc in a show-up.

Tcaciuc was arrested and transported to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

Public records show he is no longer in custody.
