A plan review submitted by Sunshine Eatery + Market LLP shows a restaurant called Sunshine Eatery + Market opening in Suite 3 at the condominium complex’s address, 400 Kings Point Dr .

Details on Sunshine Eatery’s menu and overall brand profile are not available, but a restaurant-market combo is always a fun proposition.

What Now reached out this week to Luis Rodriguez , a partner in the concept, to inquire about plans for the opening and for more details on Sunshine Eatery + Market. Rodriguez was not immediately available to discuss the concept, but a listing on the complex’s website does indicate that a new cafe will open there soon.
