Spider-Man 4 Rumor: Tom Holland To Fight Symbiotes in a Symbiote Suit

According to a new rumor, Tom Holland ‘s Spider-Man could have a symbiote suit and take on other symbiotes in the MCU’s upcoming fourth Spider-Man movie. Hardy’s Venom has already briefly appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, effectively introducing the concept in the franchise.

Tom Holland’s Spider-Man could wear a symbiote suit in the fourth installment of the MCU Spider-Man movies, according to Alex Perez of The Cosmic Circus . During a Q&A session with the members of The Cosmic Circus Discord, Perez claimed that Holland’s iteration of the character could get the symbiote suit “in the next few years” and “keep it for the next couple of Spidey films.”

The symbiotes from Sony’s movies were linked to the MCU through Venom: Let There Be Carnage. In the mid-credits scene of the movie, Eddie Brock and Venom are seemingly transported to another universe where they watch J. K. Simmons’ J. Jonah Jameson revealing the secret identity of Holland’s Spider-Man. Eddie Brock and Venom also appear in the mid-credits scene of Spider-Man: No Way Home. They return to their home universe without realizing that they have behind a small piece of Venom, potentially setting up a future story involving symbiotes in the MCU.

Holland’s Spider-Man 4 to take on multiple symbiotes and Knull

Previously, Perez claimed that the fourth Spider-Man movie could feature Hardy’s Venom and Knull, with the latter potentially serving as the villain. He also claimed that more symbiotes could appear in the movie alongside Venom and Knull.

Knull was unveiled in one of the trailers for Venom: The Last Dance, the third entry in the Venom film series. The character is a major antagonist in the comics, so it’s possible that his appearance in Spider-Man 4 could prompt a team-up between Holland and Hardy’s characters.
