In ND – Is It Illegal To Throw Away These 10 Items? PHOTOS
First of all, I'm not talking about the city dump here, YOUR apartment trash or household trash cans. I have to admit while going through this list of illegal items to throw away in the trash, most of them made sense. However, I think most of us are used to seeing a couple of car tires bopping at the top of a huge trash dumpster. According to komando.com these items that are mentioned are explained as to WHY they are deemed illegal, and in some States, they are not. I'm also quite sure that people will continue to throw away things right and left without knowing OR caring if it could be dangerous to others and the environment. See for yourself if you are guilty of tossing any of these into the trash.

What’s The Commotion At The Old Bucks Place In Bismarck?
I'll tell you - sure seems like just yesterday we ( some of our radio station employees ) hung out at the old Borrowed Bucks... ...watching March Madness ( College Basketball ) and enjoying Happy Hour - after being open for almost 30 years, Bucks sadly closed its doors in January of 2023..It's been over a year now and I find it hard to believe that it sits lonely and lifeless - I mean if you walk around in the empty parking lot you can probably still hear all the laughs and feel the memories of people having a good time. The signs are off the building, but to all of us, it STILL is Borrowed Bucks - however, I also know, that we all know that eventually, time moves on.

Opening Hearts and Homes: North Dakota’s Foster Family Shortage
Last week, I saw a report from KFYR that pointed out the need for more foster families in North Dakota, and it left me feeling a bit sad. My mom and dad opened our home to foster kids some years ago, and to this day, we talk about how good of an experience it was. As an only child, it was great to have an older sister, and a brother close to my age to learn from. It was great for the foster kids as well, because they could grow, heal, and learn in a better environment. Looking back, there were not many foster homes back then, and it looks like that remains true today.
