Celebrate SURFER's New Issue With Collector's Box, Outerknown Slater Tee

Because it’s been a hot minute since a print issue of SURFER graced newsstands (almost five years to be exact), we figured we should celebrate the occasion with a special edition collector’s box . Honoring the legendary career of 11-time world champion Kelly Slater, when we decided to put the GOAT on the cover of this issue we knew it was going to be something special.

The issue features a thoughtful reflection from Kelly, looking back at a lifetime in the surf. There’s also an articulate essay from five-time world champ and Olympic gold medalist Carissa Moore, who delves into her experiences growing up in Hawaii and who the current crop of young women taking the sport inspire her. Current world number one Caity Simmers steps to the mic in her first, official SURFER Interview. And we also go exploring with Captain Martin Daly , talk surfboards with Ryan Burch and Bryce Young, as well as survey the current state of big-wave surfing, slabs and all. We hope there’s something for everyone in the magazine.

What’s in the SURFER Collector’s Box?

The limited edition box, featuring art from the cover, is stunning in and of itself, but it’s what’s inside that’s really rad.
