New burger joint closer to Surprise opening

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers is coming soon to the Village at Prasada in Surprise, located off Loop 303 and Waddell Road.

Barrett Rinzler, founder and CEO of Square One Concepts, parent company to Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers. “Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers has been a staple across Arizona for over a decade, and we are excited to deliver our ‘Neighborhood Burger Joint’ to fans in the northwest Valley.”

Officials are eying an early June opening date at 13400 N. Prasada Parkway. It will be open seven days a week at 11 a.m. It closes at 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers offers an array of menu options from grilled drumettes to sandwiches, half-pound burgers to stadium char dogs and more. The menu and surroundings make Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers the ideal neighborhood burger joint, officials said.

Featured menu items include jumbo salted pretzels, sliders and a variety of burgers. The ever-rotating beer menu boasts a selection of more than 150 varieties.

The restaurant also has several styles of salads and a kids menu.

For deserts, there are shakes, floats and more.

The restaurant will also feature daily specials, including MMMac Daddy Monday and Pimp Your Burger Wednesday.

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers has a wide variety of draft, canned and bottled beer, as well as seltzers and non-alcoholic options and features many Arizona local breweries and brands. Each location is equipped with a full bar, a selection of red and white wines, and a cocktail menu including signature and classic drink options.

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers is the fastest growing brand of Square One Concepts, with 17 Arizona locations.

The “Neighborhood Burger Joint” originated in north Scottsdale in 2011.
