Surprise shooting victim dies, suspect to face 2nd-degree murder charges
The victim in a July 2 Surprise shooting has died, and police are amending the charges against the suspect in the killing to second-degree murder. De’Von Jones, 18, died July 4, two days after Daniel Majok, 18, was arrested on charges that included aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
