Arnolds Park, IA (KICD) — The Dickinson County Sheriff’s department says foul play is not suspected in the apparent weekend drowning of an Omaha man. A group of friends contacted Arnolds Park Police early Saturday morning to report they were missing 27 year old Gilman Cooper. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources and Arnolds Park Okoboji Underwater Rescue and Dive team were then alerted.
