ALDOT announces grants for municipal airports
The Alabama Department of Transportation announced Monday it has awarded over $22,000 in state funding to three municipal airports for improvements. The Ozark Municipal Airport in Ozark will receive $144,000 from the Federal Aviation Administration and $8,000 from a state grant for the construction of a corporate hangar. The airport will provide $8,000 in matching local funds for a total value project of $160,000.
