HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) - New details are emerging in the House v. NCAA Settlement. To recap, the settlement is is what will allow schools to directly pay student athletes. According to a report from ESPN, “each school could provide up to 22% of the average revenue that power conference schools generate from media rights, ticket sales and sponsorships.” That sum will range between $20 and $22 million per school when the settlement goes into effect.
