WTH is going to live there with the cost of rent in downtown Syracuse they can use that money for more affordable living in the city 😒😒😒

creating more housing is needed. how affordable, it seems like new updated apartments are over 2g a month. then there is issues of not parking lots now. I see many empty buildings that could become housing, without distorting them.
