It is hereby requested by the sole owners of the area proposed for annexation to annex certain property described herein lying in the Township of Nidaros to the City of Clitherall, County of Otter Tail, Minnesota. The area proposed for annexation is described as follows: All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 5, Township132, Range 39, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the west quarter corner of said Section 5; thence South 88 degrees 55 minutes 15 seconds East (bearing is based on Otter Tail County Coordinates – 2011 Adjustment) along the north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 260.00 feet; thence South 01 degree 23 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of 904.46 feet to the northeasterly right-of-way line of the former Burlington Northern Railroad; thence northwesterly, on a non-tangential curve along said northeasterly right-of-way line, concave to the southwest, having a radius of 2914.93 feet, a delta angle of 05 degrees 30 minutes 05 seconds and a chord bearing of North 66 degrees 56 minutes 17 seconds West, for an arc distance of 279.88 feet to the west line of said Section 5; thence North 01 degree 23 minutes 17 seconds East along said west line, a distance of 799.73 feet to the point of beginning. Said properties do abut on the city’s boundary lines and is not included within any other municipality. 4. The area of land proposed for annexation, in acres, is 10.15 acres. 5.
