Why Pho Capital Should Be Your Next Culinary Stop in Montpelier
Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Pho Capital, a quaint restaurant that offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Despite its modest size, the place was bustling with activity, which added to the vibrant atmosphere. The decor is charming, though the entrance could use a bit of sprucing up. The food, however, is where Pho Capital truly shines. I tried the #17 from the menu, a pho dish that was absolutely divine. The broth was rich and flavorful, perfect after a long day. The service matched the quality of the food—quick and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. While some may argue that the flavors aren't authentically Vietnamese, the dishes like the stir fry and chicken are generously portioned and delicious. Overall, Pho Capital offers a cozy dining experience with hearty meals and welcoming service, making it a must-visit spot for anyone in Montpellier looking for a taste of local cuisine.

Dining at The Blue Stone: A True Taste of Waitsfield
During my recent visit to Sugarbush, I had the chance to dine at The Blue Stone, and it was quite the mixed bag of experiences. The restaurant itself offers a cozy vibe, perfect for a chill evening out. I decided to try their pizza, which seems to be a hit or miss according to many. I opted for the 'pizza-pizza' with red sauce, sausage, cheese, green bell peppers, and red onions. It was delicious and came out piping hot, just as I like it. The hand-cut fries and house nachos were also standout items, with the nachos being particularly flavorful thanks to the house queso and pulled chicken.
