Suspect stole prescription pills, cash
Selinsgrove, Pa. — Police are investigating a report of theft from a campground in Snyder County in which someone took prescription pills and cash. According to PSP Selinsgrove, the theft occurred between 3 and 7 p.m. Sept. 10 from the Penn Avon Campground on Penn Avon Trail in Penn Township. The victim told police someone took her Xanax prescription pills and $20. Anyone with information may contact PSP Selinsgrove at 570-374-8145.
Crews battle blaze at home in Montour County

Pedestrian struck by speeding car suffers broken neck, driver charged
Williamsport, Pa. — A person was struck in an alley by a vehicle making a U-turn at a dead end. The vehicle, driven by Alec Matthew Reed, completed the U-turn before driving off at a high rate of speed on Oct. 13 in Williamsport, according to a complaint. Man cited for harassment
Allenwood, Pa. — A New York man was cited with harassment for an alleged assault at a Union County treatment center. According to PSP Milton, Alexander Carrasquillo, 45, of South Berlin, assaulted another man the morning of Oct. 11 at White Deer Run of Allenwood in Gregg Township. Williamsport man allegedly caught selling cocaine to informant
Williamsport, Pa. — A man being used as a runner by an accused drug dealer has been arrested by Lycoming County Detectives. Michael Charles Devan, 41, of Williamsport, met an informant at the the Family Dollar on West Fourth Street after being contacted by Richard Johnson to sell cocaine, according to detectives with the Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit.
