Bedford Plan Commission advances requests to public hearings
The Bedford Plan Commission advanced two property requests on to public hearings next month during the commission's meeting Tuesday at City Concourse. Needmore Properties LLC owns two parcels on Washington Avenue and is requesting to subdivide them into three parcels. Surveyor Travis Norman told commission members the parcels at 3325 and 3327 Washington Ave. are occupied by a house and a barn/storage building. The owner wants to create a third parcel on the back side of the properties that could be sold later.
