LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Authorities are asking for help in finding persons responsible for vandalizing fiber optic networks in the Louisville area. According to Kentuckiana Crime Stoppers, thieves cut through fiber optic cables which caused service disruptions for emergency services and first responders and the loss of internet for residents and businesses in the area. One provider, they said, experienced four fiber cuts in the span of four days.
