Realtors close on $14.7 million in Ashe County in March
HIGH COUNTRY — The High Country Multiple Listing Service reports that 131 local residential sales occurred in March, including both single-family and condo/townhouse properties, for a combined closing total of $65.6 million for the month. That combined local median sales price was $432,500, and the median days the properties stayed on the market was 76 days.
