Jefferson County company ordered to pay over $22 thousand for illegally dumping hazardous materials
BEAUMONT, Texas — Applied Standards Inspection INC. is being fined a total of $22,312 for dumping hazardous materials on the ground under sheds to avoid paying for disposal. Today the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality approved the penalties against Applied Standards Inspection INC. for industrial solid and/or hazardous waste violations.
