Survey: 48% of workers plan to look for a new job
INDIANAPOLIS — Forty-eight percent of workers said they plan to job hunt in the next 12 months, according to a survey by Bankrate. That is down from 56% in March 2023. Young workers, including millennials and Gen Z, are more prone to job-hop than other generations, their survey also found.
