EAU CLAIRE — An Eau Claire man originally from Puerto Rico has been convicted of federal fraud charges. CHIPPEWA FALLS — An Eau Claire man who skipped his sentencing for his sixth drunk-driving offense has been apprehended and is back in the Chippewa County Jail. Robert W.
