Convicted criminal sentenced to over 8 years in federal for prison drug and firearm charges
Victor Rosario, 30, pleaded guilty in June, earlier this year to one count each of distribution of fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and cocaine, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. Before this offense, Rosario had already been on supervised release.

ROCHESTER — New Hampshire State Police were justified in shooting and killing 36-year-old Joseph Russell in a city neighborhood on March 8, according to the state attorney general. Russell was a suspect in vehicle thefts in Rochester and Farmington, as well as Lebanon, Maine, on March 7-8. He was allegedly fleeing from police on the evening of March 8 and died about 8 p.m. An autopsy previously showed he died of multiple gunshot wounds. ...
Grand Jury Indicts 10 Alleged to be Methuen and Lawrence-Based Drug Dealers Selling in N.H.
Ten people were indicted and seven arrested Wednesday in connection with a Methuen and Lawrence-based group trafficking narcotics in New Hampshire. New Hampshire U.S Attorney Jane Young police arrested seven in New Hampshire and Massachusetts on charges of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, namely, fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine and crack cocaine. They are scheduled to appear in federal court at various times this week and next week.
