Spring Township, Pa. — Bruises and swelling were visible on a woman who met with police to report an assault in Centre County. The victim identified Andrew Michael Weaver, 39, of Bellefonte as the person responsible for her injuries which included bruising on the neck and a swollen elbow, according to the complaint. Ferguson Township's police chief has stepped down less than two years into his tenure and three months before his employment agreement was set to expire. Round-the-Clock Work Planned on Atherton Street
