10 most expensive homes sold in Geauga County, May 13-19
A house in Munson Township that sold for $805,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Geauga County in the past week. In total, 14 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $381,321, or $195 per square foot.
