RI pothole reimbursement program details.
Per RI state law, pothole claim reimbursement only goes up to $300. Claims must also be made within seven days of the incident and do not guarantee reimbursement. The RI Department of Transportation makes the final decision on all matters and if accepted, payment will be issued within 45 days. This does not apply to all vehicles though. Any state that does not have a law granting similar protection will not be considered.
