Ohio University Chillicothe to host Red Cross blood drive
CHILLICOTHE - Ohio University Chillicothe will host an American Red Cross blood drive from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 20, at the Shoemaker Center. “Ohio University Chillicothe is committed to strengthening our community and helping patients in need through blood donations,” said Britney Hamman, Assistant Professor of Instruction in OHIO Chillicothe’s nursing program in a news release. “This blood drive is our way of allowing staff, colleagues, and neighbors to help save lives.”

LANCASTER --The Lancaster High School Athletic Department recently thanked Buckeye Automotive for the purchase of its 9-inning baseball scoreboard at England Field, located on the LHS campus. Buckeye Automotive has been a Gold Package advertising partner with the Lancaster High School Athletic Department for over 25 years and through its continued financial support, LHS has been able to provide a first-class athletic experience for our student-athletes, according to Pam Bosser, athletic director. The addition of this scoreboard to the new baseball facility has helped to make it one of the best high school baseball facilities in the state of Ohio, according to Bosser.
