Due to a threat of severe weather on Friday, the Okaloosa County School District will start classes three hours later than normal. NICEVILLE — On April 16, Raider Arena at Northwest Florida State College hosted the 50th Anne T. Mitchell Senior Honor Award Ceremony, which honors local students who excelled in their academic studies during their high school careers.
