Don’t Miss 6 Events Taking Place this Christmas Weekend in the Magic Valley
All the hard work of preparing for Christmas is almost over, and once work ends on Friday, it is officially Christmas weekend. With the holiday falling on Monday, it makes for extended time off for many, and instead of one or two days off work, there are extra days to finish up any last-minute chores or errands, or perhaps to travel to see family. If you are staying in town, and perhaps are hosting, and need something to do this weekend, there is plenty to do. There will be events this holiday weekend to help entertain the young and the old and to help celebrate Christmas all weekend long.
The Monster Destroying Christmas Decorations in Idaho
The weather is one thing, but there are actual little monsters destroying plenty of holiday lights and decorations around the Magic Valley. Squirrels have been chewing on wires, popping inflatables, and screwing up lights for years, and it is time to put an end to it. While they might look adorable with their flapping tails, buck teeth, and big eyes, these creatures are destructive and have done far too much damage through the holiday season. My family and I enjoy watching them through our window, but once they get near the Christmas lights or the inflatable decorations, all bets are off. I would never want to harm one of these creatures, especially in front of my sons, but perhaps a relocation would be nice to help protect the lights.
