Wharton County Junior College Jazz Band to Perform Big Band Classics at Free Local Concert
Wharton County Junior College Band students are gearing up for their next concert, 'The Legendary Big Bands,' scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, at the Horton Foote Theatre on the Wharton campus. The concert will showcase performances from students including Andresa Ortiz, Hannah Almaraz, Carlos Garcia, Madison Breland, Tyler Clare, Jeffrey Calhoun, and Patrick Laury. The concert will take place at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., and is open to the public at no cost.
