Eis House to Host Paint Party for OCO
FULTON – Brighten your outside décor and support one of Oswego County’s most vital human services agencies, Oswego County Opportunities (OCO)!. On Tuesday, May 21st the Eis House, 144 Academy Street in Mexico, will host a Paint Party from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Proceeds will benefit OCO’s “There’s No Place Like a Home” initiative.

Local High Schools Shine at 32nd Oswego County Envirothon
The 32nd annual Oswego County Envirothon was held on May 2 at Camp Zerbe in Williamstown, organized by the Oswego County Soil and Water Conservation District (OCSWCD). High school students from across the county participated, competing in environmental science tests. The event focused on assessing students' knowledge of New York State's natural resources through practical tasks and a judged presentation.
Change of Venue for Today’s Oswego County Legislature Meeting and Public Hearings
The Oswego County Legislature has moved the location of its May meeting, along with the three public hearings scheduled for today, May 9, due to technical issues related to elevator operations. The public hearings and monthly legislature meeting will now take place at the Oswego County Courthouse, 25 E. Oneida St., Oswego, at the regularly scheduled time of 2 p.m. Those with mobility issues are asked to use the Oneida Street entrance.Visit here for more details.
