Condominiums proposed for New Falls Road site in Falls Township
A new condominium development of 41 units in four buildings has been proposed for construction on slightly more than 3 acres at 9175 New Falls Road in Falls. The site now sits empty with an overgrowth of trees and shrubs near the district court office not far from where New Falls Road intersects with Tyburn Road. The new development would be constructed across the street from the condos that were built on the land where St. Joseph the Worker school and church once stood.
