HRT to offer free rides on Election Day
Getting to the polls will be easier on Election Day for voters who need transportation to be able to vote. Riding Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) buses, light rail, ferry, paratransit, and upcoming microtransit will be free on Election Day, Nov. 5., to help voters get to the polls, the transit agency announced on Saturday.
