KINGSPORT — Kingsport Parks and Recreation is teaming up with 21:12 Skateboarding and Lincoln Elementary School to host the first-ever School’s (Almost) Out Skatepark Day next week, encouraging families to bring their wheels and visit the popular destination for an afternoon of skateboarding, quad/inline skating, scootering, BMXing, children’s activities, and giveaways.
