Serrano's, 105 Year Old Family Restaurant, Set to Close Next Week
It’s always a sad day when a favorite restaurant closes down. From no longer being able to order a dish you love to losing out on a place that holds important memories, over time, a restaurant has the power to become so much more than just a place that serves food. Unfortunately, some restaurants, when they do close, do so quietly, as if afraid of what the world might think of the shuttering. They might tell the public after the fact, but it robs clients of the chance to enjoy the food one last time. Thankfully, there are others that pre-announce an upcoming closure. That is exactly the case for one longtime Mexican restaurant, which, after 105 years of business, is closing for good in the coming days.
