Salina Streets to See Improved Safety with Pavement Marking Refresh This Week
The pavement marking project, overseen by Heartland Traffic Services from Kansas City, Kansas, will occur from Tuesday to Friday this week. The work will refresh pavement markings on various streets in Salina. This project is part of Salina's $5.9 million maintenance capital improvement program for 2024 and has a budget of $69,000. A vehicle will apply the paint, which dries quickly to reduce traffic delays. Motorists in Salina should maintain a safe distance from the painting vehicle to prevent damage to the fresh paint and consider using alternative routes when encountering the work area. This ensures the project's efficiency and public safety.'Visit here for more details.
