Totem Pole Playhouse Welcomes New Producing Artistic Director
Ryan B. Gibbs has assumed the role of producing artistic director at Totem Pole Playhouse, starting immediately for the theater’s 74th season in Franklin County. With over a decade of involvement in various capacities at Totem Pole, Gibbs takes over from David Hemsley Caldwell, who served in the position since late 2020. The selection of Gibbs was made in collaboration with Totem Pole’s board of directors, with Caldwell assisting in the transition this spring. While Caldwell steps down due to health concerns, he will remain connected to Totem Pole as a consultant and guest artist.

New Recreational Park to Enhance Opequon Creek Access Approved by Berkeley County Commission
The Berkeley County Commission has approved a new recreational project at the Stone Bridge site along Opequon Creek, east of Martinsburg, West Virginia.
