Rocky Mount man charged with cocaine-related crimes, jailed under $100,000 bond
ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WNCT) — Deputies with the Edgecombe County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Rocky Mount man Wednesday at a home on Myrtle Ave. Law enforcement officers said Joseph Louis Brown, 51, sold crack/cocaine to cooperating sources.
