Join the Irondequoit Historical Society for a Holocaust Remembrance Event at Our Local Library
On Thursday, May 2, 2024, the Irondequoit Historical Society will host an event at the local library at 7:00 PM to observe Holocaust Remembrance. Marcia Birken and Marjorie Searl, co-chairs of the project, will lead the discussion. They started this initiative in spring 2021 to commemorate about 115 Holocaust survivors buried at Mount Hope Cemetery.
