Recent Building and Commercial Developments in Derby: What You Need to Know
During the week of April 22-26, 2024, the City of Derby issued several building permits. These permits included residential projects such as a carport, bathroom remodel, and other home improvements, with costs ranging from $1,500 to $71,000. The highest expense was a $71,000 in-ground pool at 418 S. Timber Ridge. A commercial permit was also issued to Chase Bank for a $1.3 million renovation of a former Hardee's at 2101 N. Rock Rd.
