Canton Residents Invited to Public Hearing on Proposed Brewpub Variances
The Canton Village Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will hold a public hearing on February 28, 2024, at 7:00 pm. The hearing will discuss an application for two area variances for a brewpub development at 41 West Main Street, Canton, NY 13617. The variances concern paving and placement of the brewpub, which currently doesn't meet the requirements of Canton Code Section 325, Zoning Law Schedule B: Lot Dimensional Standards.
