Drunk driver crashes into Rally’s causing substantial damage
SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio -- A vehicle crashed into Rally’s around 12:15 a.m. Sept. 29, causing substantial damage to the side of the building and to outdoor concrete patio tables. Responding officers found several people in the area and the driver out of his vehicle. He showed obvious signs of intoxication and was very uncooperative, refusing to perform sobriety tests.
