The ceremony occurred on April 16, 2024, at the Bioscience and Health Sciences Building Auditorium on the Iowa Central campus. Dr. Jesse Ulrich, President of Iowa Central, delivered a welcoming address and congratulated the new members on their academic success.

Iowa Central Community College held its annual Night of Triton Excellence on April 17, 2024. The event recognized the academic achievements of students, with 298 of them being inducted into the Iowa Central Honor Society. These students achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher and are expected to graduate at the end of the 2023-2024 academic year.
Local Middle School Students Explore Career Paths at Iowa Central Community College Visit Day
Iowa Central Community College held a Visit Day for local middle school students on Thursday, April 11. Despite no regular classes, the campus was active with students from several middle schools, including Clarion Goldfield Dows, Greene County, Humboldt, Newell-Fonda, Paton-Churdan, and South Central Calhoun. They spent the day learning about the college's various study areas and career paths.
Iowa Central Community College Achieves Highest Two-Year Graduation Rates in Two Decades
Iowa Central Community College has seen a significant increase in its two-year graduation rates, reaching a 20-year high. The National Center for Education Statistics Integrated Postsecondary Educational Data System (IPEDS) report shows a seven percent rise from the previous year, with a rate of 44 percent in 2023. College president, Dr. Jesse Ulrich, credits this to investments in staff, programs, and facilities.
Iowa Central Campus Revives Competition Day: Local High School Students Showcase Skills and Explore Careers
Competition Day, a platform for high school students to showcase their knowledge in various fields, has returned to the Iowa Central campus after a four-year break. Several schools participated, including Fort Dodge Senior High, Saint Edmond Catholic, and others. Students competed in activities like business plan development, fire pit construction, CPR skills tests, and cupcake decorating.
