Through May 13, Birmingham Water Works will be distributing water to those affected by Friday’s Highway 78 water main break in Pratt City, according to a release. “This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to provide relief to the residents impacted by the temporary disruption of water service and the current boil water alert,” the release reads. “As crews work diligently to restore water service fully, we are committed to ensuring that all affected individuals have access to safe drinking water.”
