Lake Mills Farmers Market season kicks off in Commons Park
LAKE MILLS — Legendary Lake Mills kicked off the Lake Mills Farmers Market on Wednesday, May 1, in downtown Commons Park. The market will run every Wednesday from 2-6 p.m., through Oct. 23 “Thank you to our sponsors: Bank of Lake Mills, Farmers & Merchants State Bank, Greenwoods State Bank, Jensen Plumbing Heating & Air, Sanft Accounting and Topel’s Towing & Repair,” the organization said in a statement. “As always, the market features a wide variety of vendors selling everything from produce, plants, art, crafts to homemade treats. FORT ATKINSON — The Hoard Historical Museum in Fort Atkinson will be hosting events in honor of Lorine Niedecker’s birthday.
