Florida AG sues Biden Admin for records on released criminals released into the U.S. instead of being deported
Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody has filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration to obtain information about the release of foreign nationals convicted of violent crimes who were allegedly released into U.S. communities instead of being deported. The lawsuit follows a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed by Moody's office in March, seeking records on this issue, which has so far gone unanswered.

Because Florida has a large tourism economy, it is not unusual to find somewhat popular restaurants inside of Florida's resorts and hotels. And those restaurants are inspected just like all restaurants are. These resort eateries can get violations as well. One of them, Pirate's Cove Resort & Marina Restaurant in Stuart, was recently temporarily shut down after a state inspection.
