Celebrating Local Talent: Foster High School Honors Alumna and Showcases Student Achievements
Foster High School will honor alumna Hoa Hong by adding her to the Alumni Wall of Fame. The ceremony is scheduled for May 17 at 5:00 pm at the school. Hoa, a visual artist and designer born in Vietnam and raised in Tukwila, Washington, uses her art to represent BIPOC communities. Her work has appeared in Billboard Magazine and the New York Daily News. A University of Washington graduate, Hoa also mentors young artists and works with local schools in King County.
