KODAK, Tenn. — Just weeks after the baseball season ended, Smokies Stadium in Kodak is up for sale and redevelopment. The Sevierville Industrial Development Board issued notice Monday that the 30-acre site off Interstate's 40 Exit 407 is available for purchase and conversion into whatever a developer wants to propose. The deadline to submit proposals is 4 p.m. Nov. 15.
