NorthWood JV Golf Faces Setback Against Goshen & Warsaw at McCormick Creek
The NorthWood boys junior varsity golf team lost their match at McCormick Creek Golf Course against Goshen and Warsaw. Sam Holden led the team with a score of 43, but it was not enough for a win. Teammates Jayden Rodes, Collin Deatsman, Dawson Yoder, and Dominic Mashack scored between 48 and 51. After these matches, the NorthWood boys JV golf team has a season record of 6-3 in dual matches and 2-2 in the Northern Lakes Conference. The 2024 IHSAA Boys Track and Field Sectionals will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at Goshen High School's Foreman Field, located at 401 Lincolnway East, Goshen, IN. The event starts at 5:30 pm and includes various field and running events. Participating schools include Bethany Christian, Columbia City, Concord, among others.

Syracuse men's lacrosse wrapped up an exciting first round of the 2024 NCAA Tournament with a 20-15 win over Towson. The win was the Orange's first NCAA Tournament win since 2017, checking off the first postseason box for the sport's most storied program. The second box is getting back to the Final Four for the first time since 2013. In its way is Denver, who Syracuse hosts inside the JMA Wireless Dome on Sunday.
