Madison plans to sell Criglersville School to Schapiro again
Madison County has a new amended contract with Richmond entrepreneur Felix Schapiro and his Criglersville Elementary School LLC entity, for the sale of the Criglersville Elementary School property. The new contract, amended on September 14, 2022 and again on January 11, 2023, states that the county intends to sell the property to Schapiro for $25,000 cash.
