FULTON – Law Scholar Piombino holds Notary Law Exam Lessons in Fulton on April 18 at Cayuga Community College/Fulton-River Glen. Alfred E. Piombino will teach an in-person seminar at Cayuga Community College/Fulton-River Glen in Oswego County for those interested in becoming a New York State Notary Public. The seminar is held on Thursday, April 18, 2024 and runs from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the Fulton-River Glen college campus. Parking is free for all participants and no car pass is required.
