CVA to host reception for new exhibits
WAUSAU – The Center for the Visual Arts will celebrate this week two of its newest exhibits. A public reception and poetry reading from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 27 is an official event during the Central Wisconsin Book Festival, and is free and open to the public. The CVA is at 427 N. Fourth St.
Marathon County Public Library youth programs: October
Mini Makers (MCPL Mosinee) Kids throughout Marathon County will have the opportunity to explore process art this fall! Process art is child-led and focuses on creation instead of following specific directions. Each branch will have a different project each month so children and caregivers have an opportunity to unleash their creativity while meeting other community members.
